Description : Buzz, the luxury all day diner will showcase Royal Mughlai flavours at a food festival. Executive Chef Meril Antony Aricatt, and joined by Master Chef Santosh Kumar from The Gateway Hotel Fatehabad Road Agra will present this famed cuisine that was prepared in the kitchens of the royal Mughal Emperors. Try the Machali Anarkali, Murg Tikka Mirza Hasnoo and the Galavat Ke kabab while non-vegetarians must go to Chef’s signature Anjeer Ke Kebab. Other dishes that dot the menu include Paneer Zafrani Tikka, Dal Ke kebab, Khoya aur khubani ke kebab, to name a few.
The delicious curries include Lagan ka murg, Mughlai mutton stew, Gosht dum Biryani and the famous Murg shahjahani and Nahari Gosht. For vegetarians we recommend the Paneer Nawabi Korma; Khumb matar makai korma; Gobhi Mussallam; and the Shahi kaju aloo. Round off the meal with the delicious Shahi Tukra; or the Kesariya Phirni.
The food festival will be only available on dinner buffet. Price: Rs 1,200 plus taxes.
