Toyota offer to employees: Work from home

The leading Japanese Automobile Company, Toyota, has announced that its 25000 employees can work from their homes.
Toyota is a large multinational automobile manufacturing company with branches throughout the world. It has 72000 employees.
Toyota has offered that out of this 72000 employees, 25000 employees can work from home and they have to be in the office for just 2 hours in the office every week.
The company informed that this offer will be applicable to the employees working in their headquarters for more than 5 years and the employees working in the departments of Human Resources, Accounts, and Sales.
Toyota’s Public Relation official informed that this offer will be implemented from August.
It is expected that this offer is likely to bring down the number of women leaving the job after their marriage
