Remembering legendary poet Subramania Bharati

Subramania Bharathi Vidiyal Charitable Trust and The Dawn - Cultural and Social Association will be celebrating the 134th birth anniversary of poet Mahakavi Bharathi on Mar 13 at Bhavans, Mylapore. The Bharati awards will be presented by the chief guest M. Chockalingam, former judge, Madras High Court. S. Jagadeesan, former judge, Madras High Court will preside.
Prior to the award function a cultural programme on Bharathi titled Chennaiyil Gnana Ratham will be presented at 5.30 pm. Open to all. At East Mada Street, Mylapore. Ph: 9444960705.
