Shooting of Rajini’s new film to commence on 2nd August

After Lingaa, superstar Rajinikanth has decided to don the lead role in a film which is to be directed by Ranjith of Attakathi fame. Kalaipuli S Dhanu is producing this high budgeted film. Santhosh Narayanan is composing the music.
At a time when the list of technical crew has been announced, the selection of the heroine is underway. After completing all this work, it has been decided to commence the shooting of the film on 2nd August. It has been mentioned that story of the film is about a gangster. It has been decided to shoot the entire film in foreign locales. Ranjith is already gone abroad to scout locations for the film.
