The technology experts team has been analyzing the prospects of introducing WiFi facility in Chennai Metro Stations and Metro trains.
Advance booking facility is also among the future projects.
It is also planned to introduce ‘return ticket’ facility just like other train services in cities. This is under review and is to be introduced shortly.
