DOs
- Follow the signage`s given in the stations
- Use the escalator in correct direction
- Any ticket related issue or any query contact Excess fare office staff
- If found any unknown articles, please immediately inform to the station controller in the particular station
- If found any unattended articles, please handover to station controller in the particular station
DON`Ts
- Do not spit in the metro station premises
- Do not eat in the metro station premises
- Do not misuse escalator and lift in the station
- Do not cause nuisance to other passengers
- Do not carry pet animals in station
- Do not travel on the roof train
- Do not walk on the metro track
- Do not sale any unauthorized article in metro railway premises
- Do not jump in to track if any articles fall in to the track. Please inform to Station controller
