New effort by Chennai Corporation for improving Chennai city cleanliness!

Chennai Corporation has planned to begin a new plan with the good intention of keeping the city clean with full cooperation from its citizens, This plan will be called ‘Corporation & citizens plan’ and is scheduled to commence from the end of February.
In the 1st phase, garbage from 4 regions will be taken directly to the dump yards.
This arrangement will be extended later in all wards of the corporation.
A new web site will be opened for this plan. If garbage is lying unremoved in any locality, complaints can be registered in the web site. The photos can also be sent.
Immediate action will be taken by corporation. The internet is scheduled to begin shortly.
The plan, ‘Corporations & Citizens’ will continue operations. Continuous monitoring will be carried out.
