Special programmes for Mahasivaratri

Naadhabrahmam has organized a series of special programmes on the occasion of Mahasivaratri, to be held at Arulmigu Subramanya Swamy temple, Sai Murugan Trust, Vadyarthottam Main Road, Kodambakkam.
On the occasion, ‘four Kaala Abishekam’ will be performed on the deity Lord Meenakshi Sundareswarar. The programme begins on 17 February at 6p.m and concludes the next morning (6am). IAS officer Dr J Uma Maheswari will inaugurate the festival.
The line-up will begin with vocal con-certs of Neyveli Santhanagopalan, Akkarai Sisters Subhalakshmi, Sornalatha (Vocal Duet), Sankari Krishnan, Thevaram Bhajan by Kanthimathi Santhanam, Santhosh Subramaniam and T K Ramachandran complete the schedule.
