Police medals for 24 Tamil Nadu police

The Centre announced awards for 24 police personnel from Tamil Nadu on Sunday. Three officers were selected for the President`s medal for distinguished services, Sunil Kumar Singh, ADGP, TN uniform recruitment board, P Kannappan, IG, intelligence and P C Sivakumar, SSI, DVAC.Other officers selected for meritorious service include DIGs Ayush Mani Tiwari and Vidya D Kulkarni, ADSPs R Veeraperumal and S Flora Jayanthi, inspectors M V Udayakumar, P S Porchezhiayan and S Savithri and sub-inspectors C Chinnaraju and B Arunachalam.
