Monitoring Committees to monitor the Omni buses on occasion of Pongal

Government of Tamil Nadu has launched 10 Monitoring Committees to check the Omni buses which charge trouble or triple ticket charges during the Pongal season. Each committee will consist of transport officers and regional transport officers. This will function at Perungalathur, Chengalpet and Egmore from today. They will constantly inspect all the Omni buses. Passengers can also call 2379 4709 for complaints regarding Omni buses.
