Mahatma Gandhis stamps to be released today

To commemorate the 100th year of Mahatma Gandhi`s return to India in 1915, the Department of Posts would release two stamps here today.
An album of these stamps would be presented to Gandhi`s former personal assistant Kalyanam during the event at the Philatelic Bureau on Anna Salai.
It was on January 9, 1915 Gandhi returned to India and landed at the Apollo Bunder in Mumbai.
