Railway Police’s new facility: Complaints can be send through ‘WhatsApp’!

The Chennai Quarter of the Railway Police Department has introduced from today the facility for the railway travelers to send complaints to the Help Centre through WhatsApp (Mobile Phone Application facility).
Apart from written complaints, complaints can be send in the form of photos or videos.
The details of the complainer will be kept confidential.
