Happy Children’s day! Have a gala time the whole day

It’s November 14; it’s children’s day. Turning back the pages of history, every one of us would remember something special about this day more importantly in our schools. The colorful dances, songs, gift distribution, more and certainly more will keep our memories filled on thinking of this day and the celebrations we hand in the past. This year, children’s day is on and children all over are enthralled by parents, teachers and possibly all others. Live Chennai wishes all kids a very Happy Children’s Day
On behalf of the Tamil Nadu School Education department, children’s day is celebrated in the state with various events. In addition to fun-filled celebrations for the day, distribution of Dr. Aranganathan award is also taking place at Chennai Santhome Higher Secondary School. The event commenced at 10 am today.
K.C. Veeramani, Minister of School Education will distribute gifts to all children who won top places in various competitions held for children’s day. Dr. S.R. Aranganathan award will be distributed to those who excel as best librarians.
The event involves participation from D.Sabitha, School Education Secretary, Pooja Kulkarni, V.C. Rameswara Murugan, director of School Education and many others.
