Bengal Cotton Saris Presented by Rang Mahal

This exhibition of saris is aptly called The Bengal Weavers’ Show, because this is a product of the labour of the traditional weavers from the district of Nadia in West Bengal. Rang Mahal which is organizing the exhibition is doing its bit to highlight and market the products of the master weavers. The designs are many – folk, modern etc., with several colour and stripe combinations in Tangail, Nakshi, Dhakai, Balucheri, Blutadar and Jamdani sari types. 20% discount is offered.
This exhibition is on at Sri Shankara Hall, T T K Road Alwarpet, till October 16th. Timings: 10 AM to 9 PM.
