New Indian naval ship to be commissioned

`Sumitra` an Indian naval ship will be commissioned on Thursday by Admiral R K Dhowan, chief of the naval staff at Chennai Port Trust. The event is at 10.30am at INS Adyar, Navy office near Napiers Bridge.Built by Goa Shipyard Ltd, INS Sumitra will have a displacement of about 2,200 tonnes
