Can there be a saturation level for veggie price hike?

The price lists of commodities are increasing to exorbitant prices without any threshold. Day after the other, petrol, gas, diesel, milk, egg and other commodities are increasing in rates. Further to this, there is now an increase in vegetable prices at the Koyambedu market.

Koyambedu – the major hub in Chennai selling various fruits and vegetables is now charging Rs 55 for one kilo of brinjal. People are left panicked with the question - “When would this price hike stop?”
