2nd Phase of counselling for admission to the medical courses

The 2nd Phase of the counselling sessions for the admission to the medical courses MBBS and BDS is scheduled to start tomorrow (Saturday, 11th August).
Presently, the 1st Phase of counselling sessions for admission to the medical courses of MBBS and BDS have been completed and the classes have already commenced.
In this situation, it had been announced earlier that the 2nd Phase of counselling for the above admissions will commence today (Friday 10th August) and conclude on 12th August. However, these dates have now been changed.
In an announcement released by the Secretary of the Medical Admission Council, Selvanathan, it is mentioned that for the candidates who have secured seats in All India Medical Counselling Sessions, time extension had been given for them to join the respective colleges till yesterday (Thursday, 9th August). The seats which remain unfilled will automatically pass on the state government quota.
