Schools and Colleges to Remain Shut till 22nd Nov

Chennai city is eventually settling down and getting back to its routine activities as the roads are getting cleared and vehicles that are stuck in water are being rescued. However schools and colleges may have to wait a little longer, until 22nd November as the Chennai, Thiruvallur and Kanchipuram district administration have ordered the closure of all schools and colleges till then.
