Ideal day for Widespread rain in South Tamil Nadu and West Interior Tamil Nadu today and also in the next 2-4 days.
Today and Tomorrow there will rains not only in South Tamil Nadu but also in interior Tamil Nadu. Today morning theni district was smashed with very heavy rains. Sothuparai dam getting 126 mm. Not often u see 100 mm from Veppa Salanam rains. And its going to continue raining there.
Today, Tomorrow and day after tomorrow (next 2-4 days)
Rains are expected today in Nellai, Theni, Kanyakumari, Thoothukudi, Ramanathapuram, Virudhunagar, Madurai districts.Now not only the above districts, rains will happen at Dindigul, Nilgiris, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Salem, Namakkal and Erode districts.
Someone was asking will it rain in Salem and Dindigul. Yes in the coming days there is very good probability of rains there. In the next 2-4 days, the above listed places will get atleast one-two days of some rains. If rains miss one day they have chance in the next day.
However, the core region of good rains will happen in the South TN districts in Theni, Thoothukudi, Kanyakumari, Virudhunagar.
Heat?
Good days are going to come to end. Temperature is expected to increase from 16/17th April across the state. More on that later, till then lets enjoy the rains.
