It is now brought out that many places that are under scorching heat would get some relief from the heat wave. Tirupattur on Monday recorded a high of 41.6 degrees Celsius. In Erode, the temperature has touched 40 degrees now. It is noteworthy that the temperatures in places like Karur, Vellore, Salem, Dharmapuri etc have come down below 40 degrees Celsius now.
