Ingredients
- Coriander seeds (Dhania) - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds (Seeragam) - 1 tsp
- Fresh Curry leaves (Karuveppilai) - 1 Handful
- Palm candy / jaggery or Nattu sakkarai - 2 tbsp
Preparation
- In a wide bowl add one and half glass of water.
- Add Coriander seeds, cumin seeds, Curry leaves to it.
- Boil for 10 minutes and the water reduces half in volume approximately.
- Switch off the stove.
- Filter the mixture and add Jaggery to it.
- Mix well and drink hot.
- Its healthy digestive drink.
Tips
- You can drink at morning or any time for one week.
- You can try using sugar or honey instead of jaggery.
- You can have this drink if you find any symptoms of pitham, indigestion and nausea.
