Vijay Planted sapling to mark the launch of World Environment Day

World environment day (`wed`) is celebrated every year on 5th June, yesterday it`s Brand Ambassador ACTOR ILAYATHALAPATHY VIJAY Planted a sapling and launch year long Campaign to save Mother Earth and to raise global awareness of the need to take positive environmental action. It is run by the United Nations environment programme (UNEP).
This year Youth Exnora international and US Consulate General have planned to celebrate it not just for a day, but for a whole week. It is going to be a one week campaign as " V GO GREEN" in Chennai, India from 3-6-13 to 9-6-13.
ACTOR ILAYATHALAPATHY VIJAY IS SUPPORTING THE CAMPAIGN AND HE IS THE AMBASSADOR FOR THE WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY CELEBRATION.
