BSNL Cell phone services disturbance in Chennai!

Cell phone owners with BSNL connection in Chennai found the services not working from 6.00 AM. No calls could be made. No incoming calls were received.
Due to the sudden failure of the BSNL network, lakhs of customers were put to undue hardships. The problem has not been set right till 1.00 PM.
On trying to check with BSNL officials, only the announcement, ‘network is busy’ is heard!
