A spoon of ghee contains 14 grams of fat.

Ghee does not contain nutrients like salt, lactose, etc. Hence, people who are allergic to milk & milk products can use ghee instead.

Ghee increases body resistance to diseases.

Ghee also prevents cancer & virus fevers.

Melt ghee fully, mix it with cooked rice and take it. This provides coolness to the body and reduces the heat content.

While making ‘dosas’ (pancake made from rice & pulses batter), it is a better alternative to use ghee instead of oil.
