Generally, your skin requires time and attention for regeneration and rejuvenation. Lacking of basic care, enhancing you skin texture and tone would be a tough task.

  • Fit in more Vitamin A and C rich foods in your daily diet. This will facilitate a natural shine to your skin. Now-a-days Vitamin C tablets are available in the market. Get advice from your family doctor and have one table post lunch every day for a shiny skin texture.
