A new location for Egmore metro rail station parking space now!!

These days, there are many people who travel by the metro trains in Chennai as they find these trains cheap, comfortable and safe. The passengers using their own vehicles to reach the metro station have been finding it difficult to park their vehicles in the parking lots of the metro stations.
To improve the accessibility and convenience of the passengers, the parking lot at the Egmore metro rail station would be moved to a new location right beside the Egmore Reservation Ticketing Office. It would be operated by Chennai metro rail.
The CMRL in its press release mentioned that as a part of Southern Railways multi-modal integration projects at Egmore metro and railway stations, the parking lot would be moved to a new location. The release added that from Monday onwards the new parking lot would be available for public use.
