Transfer of IAS officers

Five IAS officers in Tamil Nadu have been transferred. Here are the details.
S. Sivashanmugaraja, Deputy Secretary to Government, Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes & Minorities Welfare Department will now be Director of Adi Dravidar Welfare. C. Vijayaraj Kumar who was Director of Adi Dravidar Welfare will take over as Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Water Supply & Drainage Board (TWAD Board). Vibhu Nayar, who has been serving as Project Director of Irrigated Agriculture Modernisation & Water Resources Management (IAMWARM) will take over as Chairman of Teachers Recruitment Board. Ashok Ranjan Mohanty, who has been serving as Special Secretary in the Agriculture Department will take charge as Secretary of the State Human Rights Commission.
