Traffic diversion in these important places in Chennai!!

The recent rains have damaged many roads in the city of Chennai is well known to us. In Mylapore, R.K. Mutt Road has also been damaged badly due to the recent heavy rains. The news now is that traffic police have banned heavy vehicles along this important road in Mylapore.
Just 2 wheelers and light vehicles are only allowed now by the traffic police and they have announced diversion for other vehicles here. Information is that MTC buses and heavy vehicles that are bound for Mandaveli have been diverted at Luz Junction through Katcheri Road.
Those vehicles that are proceeding towards Bazullah road through G.N. Chetty Road are being diverted through Habibullah Road at Vani Mahal junction. To enable GCC to drain stagnant water a portion of G.N. Chetty Road has been blocked now.
It must be noted that due to water stagnation issue Astabhujam High Road leading to Perambur High Road was blocked and by noon GCC authorities drained out water.
