The days before and after Deepavali announced as school working days!

This year (2019), the most important festival celebrated all over the country, Deepavali falls on 27th October, a Sunday!
However, the previous day (Saturday, 26th October) and the next day after Deepavali (Monday, 28th October) are announced as school working days!
Though Deepavali is a single-day festival, as per the tradition, the festival celebrations start days ahead of the Deepavali and lingers for a few days after Deepavali as well!
This year, Deepavali is scheduled to be celebrated on a Sunday.
As the previous and succeeding days have been announced as working days, the question has arisen whether the employees, who work in cities such as Chennai, Tirupur, etc., can visit their native places as usually done!
