In Chennai, new landmark to be built using huge amount

This piece of news would be of huge surprise for many people in Chennai. Binny Mills in Perambur is highly popular landmark on north Chennai. The news that has come out now is soon this Binny Mills would be converted into an integrated township. It is said that this township would have India’s largest multi-commodity wholesale trade centre. The superb information gathered was the project is Rs 5500 crores initiative of SPR Group for next 7 years and it would have a residential tower, world class school, mall and office buildings etc.

According to the release it is clear that market of India would have 3-D impact on the economy of TN by providing avenues to Indian manufacturers to market goods. By this aligning with Make in India goals would be possible. In addition to this there would be an increase in the business tourism across domestic and international market. This upcoming project would be just 4 km from important locations like Chennai Central, Egmore and Parrys and it would solve traffic congestion and other infrastructural issues in Sowcarpet, George Town, Parrys and Ritchie Street etc.
By offering cost effective land solutions at just one fourth of the prevailing rates, this Market of India would be simply superb. It is worth mentioning that for residential development SPR had already got permission to build 45 floors towers and 85 bungalows and a school would be set up by Shri Ram Universal School at SPR city.
