Dry weather to persist in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry

The Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that the dry weather will persist in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
Chennai Metro City will remain partly cloudy. The maximum temperature will be 33 Degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature will be 23 Degrees Celsius.
An official from the centre explained that there is a cyclonic format developed over the Kanyakumari Ocean on the upper layers of the atmosphere. However, this may lead to rain only in the state of Kerala. There are no prospects of rain in Tamil Nadu.
