Coastal Tamil Nadu to receive moderate rains in next 3-4 days (TN Weatherman)

Weak low to fight the dry air and give some moderate rains to coastal Tamil Nadu for next 3-4 days. Chennai will get isolated brief spell of rains here and there on 9th/10th January.
Weak Low Pressure Area
Coming to this low pressure area, its not a strong one, clouds off the coast of Tamil Nadu and now its completely gone. Its like as if there is no clouds in the area and only skeleton remains. The clouds does not matter, but the circulation in low pressure matters, it will regain some clouds tomorrow again as it comes closer to South TN coast. There it will fizzle out on 10th Jan. But activates some easterlies there by the weak trough will give some rains to south TN on 11th and 12th Jan too. So next 3-4 days some moderate rainfall activity will be seen in TN.
What to expect - Delta to south TN are the area which will get most of the rains from this weak low
TN coast from Delta to Thoothukudi are more likely to get good rains. As the low is expected to move as more weaker system into Gulf of Mannar in two days. Delta belt, Cuddalore, Ramanathapuram, Thoothukudi will all get moderate spell of rains on 9th and 10th.
Thoothukudi and Nellai districts are the districts which may get one or two heavy spells. Kanyakumari may get one day of some moderate rains and in ghats some moderate to heavy rains. There will be rains on 9 and 10th and also on 11th and 12th.
Farmers in Delta and Cuddalore belt. Hope these non seasonal rains dont affect you too much and particularly those who are planning to harvest.
Chennai and North TN (Kanchipuram, Cuddalore, Tiruvallur and Pondy)
Dont have too much hope, these are normal rains. It wont fill up the dams or anything. Do carry your rain coats for next 2 days. it will raining at one place and another place will be dry.
Cold nights will take a break for next few days
As the clouds are back, the cold nights will take a break as the clouds will trap the heat escaping the atmosphere.
