The flights and trains in Chennai now delayed due to fog in Delhi

It is known that the city of Delhi has been affected by dense fog now. This has created many issues for the people living there. It is now revealed that this fog and poor visibility in the last two days in Delhi has been responsible for the delay in the flights and trains schedules in Chennai now. This has affected huge number of people travelling and they had to wait for more than four hours also.
It must be noted that the Chennai - Delhi route has been affected badly and five arrivals and six departures were delayed on Wednesday. It is shocking to note that the Chennai Central - New Delhi Tamil Nadu Express got delayed by more than six hours and this has created huge issues for the travelling persons.
As a result of reduction in the visibility to below 50 metres, 34 international and domestic flights plus 60 trains were delayed in Delhi. An official belonging to the airport spoke about how delay at the Delhi airport would result in further changes in the schedules.
Many travellers were disappointed due to the delay now. a passenger who has travelled from Delhi to Chennai expressed her views regarding this delay and said because of the poor visibility in Delhi the flight was delayed for half an hour.
