Special loan scheme camp to be conducted in Chennai on behalf of TNIIC

A special loan scheme camp is scheduled to be conducted in Chennai by TNIIC (Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation).
This camp will be conducted at the Branch Office of the TNIIC at Nandanam, Chennai from 20th November to 24th November.
A loan of up to R. 15 Crores for the individual companies is offered. A loan of up to Rs. 30 Crores is offered for the companies on a shared partnership basis.
Loans will be offered to the micro, small, and medium scale industries to either start fresh or expand the existing set-up on various activities including –
· Purchase of transport needed for the company
· Constructing lodges and hotels/restaurants for the tourists.
· Expansion or renovation of the lodges and hotels/restaurants for the tourists.
· Installation of Windmills for electricity generation
· Construction of depots and storage sheds
· Construction of marriage halls, social service halls, and society Centres
Further, 3% subsidy on the interest given by the Tamil Nadu State Government, a subsidy of 25% on the capital, and a 50% concession on the loan proceeding charges will all be offered for those who apply for loans in this camp.
The contractors who have worked for TANGEDCO (TNEB), CMWSSB (Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board) and Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited can get the required loan with the need for any mortgaging of properties.
