Deadline extended till 30th Nov for addition/deletion in voters list

The deadline for submitting applications regarding the addition/deletion of names or change of names in the final voters list under preparation as per the new special correction system has been extended until 30th November.
All the 3768 officers/staff of the polling booths in the 16 legislative assembly constituencies in the Chennai District are set to make house-to-house visits to get the list correctly updated.
The voters have been requested to extend their utmost cooperation to the above staff by furnishing all the required details.
The voters are further requested to obtain the forms required to carry out the addition/deletion/correction of names, fill up the same correctly and submit to avail this opportunity purposefully.
