No penalty charges. Jet Airways comes up with

Owing to torrential rain showers, passengers who choose to cancel trips or change their flights in Jet Airways air carrier will not be charged with any penalty or fine.
According to Jet Airways release, due to the prevailing Chennai weather, the airline says it has extended a waiver of penalty in case of change of flight or travel date or request for refund for guests who have confirmed air tickets with Jet Airways.
For passengers traveling from Chennai city or hailing from other cities to Chennai, this will come to immediate effect.
The situation will be closely monitored. Safety of guests and passengers will be our top priority, says Jet Airways sources.
