Petrol and diesel price decreased

Petrol price was decreased by 3 paise per litre and diesel price down by 4 paise per litre with effect from 6 am, Oct 17.
Prices may vary from Outlet to Outlet within a city due to differential local sales tax or VAT rates.
After the price revision, a litre of petrol in Chennai will now cost Rs. 70.73 per litre and diesel will cost Rs. 59.87 per litre.
