High-quality catering service on trains now matching flight catering services

Indian Railways is all set to provide improved high-quality food service for its customers with the introduction of a new variety of dishes.
A special team had been formed for preparing the list of the food items to be served. The team has completed this task and has submitted the list to the Railways Department.
Now, Indian Railways is set to announce shortly about the new food items to be served for the passengers. A point to note is that there will not be any gravy items in this list. The team has included vegetable biriyani, Rajma-chaval, Hakma noodles, pulav, and Lotto.
It is gathered that the price for this new high-quality food fare will also be higher as required.
