DGP Rajendran order on alert somehow leaked

The official circular order issued by the DGP Rajendran that all the police commando force should be ready in their respective District SP offices has created a lot of excitement.
When enquiring about this in the Police circles, it was explained that these sort of orders for ‘alert’ is quite normal. This is similar to the practice of extending the 133 order in some places for another 15 days.
This regular circular is a confidential information sent from the office of the DGP to the offices of the SPs.
It is gathered that the department officials are in wonder and awe as to how this confidential alert order got leaked to be public when it was sent as a confidential circular to the 19 district SPs.
The DGP, T. K. Rajendran informed that this ‘alert’ order is a regular routine.
