Here is a new launch from Airtel where customers get 4GB of data per day for a recharge of Rs 999. This comes amidst all the price war with Reliance Jio.
While the data usage traits of Indian smartphone users is seeing a drastic change, here comes Airtel’s Rs 999 plan offering 4GB of data per day. This comes with free STD and local calls with 28 days validity. This offer however will be available only for select Airtel users.
Airtel users can check their eligibility for the plan either by checking the Recharge section on Airtel website or on MyAirtel mobile app.
The Rs 999 recharge will be open to all eligible users. Once customers confirm their eligibility that they are entitled to it, they can get the recharge of Rs 999 done and enjoy 4GB of daily internet.
Furthermore, there is a 50 percent discount on the data plan when they pay for the data pack through Airtel Payments Bank.
Rs 999 plan
Under the Rs 999 offer, Airtel users get 4GB of 3G or 4G data every day, unlimited voice calling including both local and STD with 28 days validity.
This Airtel plan is a strong competent to the Rs 999 Reliance Jio plan where the latter offers 1GB of 4G internet per day for 90 days period along with unlimited voice calls and SMS and access to all the Jio apps.
Comparing the two
Comparing the two offers, Airtel users get 112 GB of 3G or 4G data for the price Rs 999 with 28 days validity. However, Reliance Jio users can enjoy just 90GB of data paying the same price, but the validity is three times that of Airtel. Furthermore, with Reliance Jio, users also get unlimited text messaging service to any network, apart from boundless access to Jio applications.
