Chennai high court imposes interim ban on vehicle buyers to have driving licence

The state government of Tamil Nadu had released an order earlier that all the new buyers of the vehicle must have the driving licence. The sales agents Federation appealed against this order.
The case was taken up for enquiry and the Chennai High Court imposed an interim ban on this order.
The Chennai High Court has ordered the state government of Tamil Nadu to reply in this regard within 4 weeks.
