Airtel to offer 4G smartphone at Rs.2500

As a competition to the free phone offer from Reliance Jio, the news is gathered that Airtel is also set to introduce a similar offer.
Reliance Jio was successful in drawing several customers under its fold with free data offer. This put the other competitors, especially Airtel, on a tough business front facing an economic crisis. As a recourse, Airtel is contemplating to introduce a new Airtel 4G smartphone in the market.
It is gathered that the price may be fixed between Rs. 2500 and Rs. 2700.
The features offered will include 4 inch touchscreen, Dual camera, 1 GB RAM, 4G VoLTE facility, and long-life battery.
It is also learnt that Airtel may come up with the announcement regarding this during the occasion of Deepavali festival.
