The last date to link PAN & Aadhar card August 31

The Aadhar commission has announced that the last date for linking PAN card and Aadhar card, as originally announced, will be 31st August. No extensions will be given.
The CEO of Aadhar Commission, Ajay Bhushan Pandey, informed that there is no connection between the Supreme Court verdict and the application of Aadhar Card details in various social welfare schemes.
The order to link PAN card and Aadhar card was made through a Finance (Ministry) Bill.
As such, the last date for linking PAN and Aadhar details remains as 31st August. There will not be any more extension.
