GST seminar today (28th June) on behalf of TN government

A seminar has been arranged today (Wednesday, 28th June) at Kalaivanar Arangam Chennai, on the topic of GST, on behalf of the Tamil Nadu state government at the state level implementation of GST.
GST, in a totally new format (Goods and Services Tax), is set to be implemented throughout the country.
Hence, in order to create an extra awareness and also to give consultation to all traders, a seminar on GST has been organised today at 4 PM. The state minister, Mr. Veeramani, presides over the seminar.
The state Minister for Finance, Mr. D. Jayakumar, inaugurates the seminar. During the seminar, the special features of GST and the amendments in the customs taxes will be shown in good detail through video clips.
