Prospects of rain in the interior districts of Tamil Nadu in the next 24 hours

The officials of the Chennai Meteorological Centre informed that there are good prospects of rain in the interior districts of Tamil Nadu in a few place in the next 24 hours.
However, the dry weather will continue to prevail in the coastal districts and Puducherry.
Chennai Metro will experience a maximum temperature of 40 Degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 30 Degrees Celsius. There are no prospects of rain in Chennai Metro.
There are prospects of rain in the northern interior districts of the state of Tamil Nadu in a few places - in Thiruvannamalai, Vellore, Dharmapuri, Krishnagiri, Namakkal, Salem, Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, Nilgiri, Karur, Perambalur, and Trichy. It may also rain in the southern interior districts of Tamil Nadu - Madurai, Theni, Sivagangai, Virudhunagar, and Dindigul.
However, dry weather will prevail in the coastal districts - Kanchipuram, Thiruvallur, Cuddalore, Villupuram, Thanjavur, Thiruvarur, Nagapattinam, Pudhukkottai, and Puducherry.
There are prospects of rain in a few places in the Southern coastal districts of Tamil Nadu - Ramanathapuram, Tirunelveli, Thoothukudi, and Kanyakumari.
