The director of the Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed, with the intensity of heat being unusually higher in the last few days, the normal heat level will return in the coming days.

As ground-level winds are blowing persistently from Andhra, it may be hotter in the districts of Vellore, Krishnagiri, and Dharmapuri. But this will reduce.
