Facility to make corrections in the Aadhar card from today

Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation Limited has set up and is operating 303 Aadhar registration centres.
The facility to correct the details of the Aadhar card like changing the photo will be available from today in all the Aadhar registration centres including the Chief Secretariat, Taluk Offices, Chennai Metro Corporation Office (Ripon Building), and the ward/regional offices of the Chennai Metro Corporation.
Hence, the public can visit any of these offices to register their fingerprints, eye scan, and any corrections in the name, date of birth, gender, address, and the cell phone number. If required, they can re-register the already existing fingerprints and eye scan.
Service charges:
Aadhar registration: No fees
Re-registration of fingerprints of 5-15 years: No charges
For correcting names, date of birth, gender, address, cell phone number, e-mail address, and for fingerprint/eye scan registration: Rs. 25.
To get a print of the Aadhar details given: Rs. 10.
The forms given in the above centres will not be charged. The public is advised to get the receipt given by the registration staff without fail.
