A surprise April (2nd Half) awaits Tamil Nadu with awesome March coming to close

Long Range models are now almost firming up that the 2nd half of April for Tamil Nadu is going to be wet. This time the additional good news is that it is an Rossby triggered event, which means the rains will based on possible Low Pressure, which means, Chennai can join the party too.
Its too early to comment on the rains, normally i dont post so early. But i am excited. I have something to cheer at last an Hope . We need this rains badly even after an awesome March which pounded the interior districts of Tamil Nadu (excluding chennai, Tiruvallur and Kancheepuram).
