Chennai Meteorological Centre: Prospects of rain in interior Tamil Nadu

The Chennai Meteorological centre has informed that there are prospects of rain in interior Tamil Nadu due to the formation of thermal convection.
An official explained that because of thermal convection, there are good prospects of rain in the next 24 hours in a few places in interior Tamil Nadu.
However, dry weather will continue to prevail in the coastal areas of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
Chennai Metro will remain partly cloudy.
The maximum temperature will be 34 Degree3s Celsius. The minimum temperature will be 27 Degrees Celsius.
