Power production begins at Kudankulam nuclear power plant

The power production of the first unit of Nellai District�s Kudankulam nuclear power plant was stopped few months back for the sake of maintenance. At this juncture, the power production began at 7.41 am today since the maintenance works were completed. As of now it is learnt that 270 megawatt power is being produced.
